Car fans have been once again gathering in Turin, Italy, for the fifth edition of Cars and Coffee, a convention born in 2012 that takes inspiration from the iconic C&C in the US. On April 13 2014 car lovers were able to celebrate their passion for the world of high-performance vehicles in what has been the first the first in a series of appointments throughout the year.

Cars and Coffee is a multi-brand event that takes its audience through a journey down memory lane with an impressive and unique display of radically different models that highlights the progress made in the automotive sector by retracing its history.

A Ferrari F40 paired up with an Audi R8 V10 GT; a Cisitalia 202 next to a McLaren 650S Spider, a BMW Z8 together with a Shelby Mustang GT500. More than 170 vehicles from all over Europe (France, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, UK and Montecarlo) have attended the event, which equals to an overall total of over 52k hp.

This edition of Cars and Coffee has seen the preview of two remarkable vehicles: a McLaren 650S Spider in a Tarocco Orange hue has been put on display for the first time ever in Italy (thanks to McLaren Milano) together with the worldwide exclusive public preview of the custom-built Studiotorino Moncenisio, a project developed by the Stola family on a Porsche Cayman S base.

Cars and Coffee followed the fashion of past editions with a morning session reserved to those taking part to the event, while in the afternoon doors were opened to the general public. Just after lunch, the prestigious vehicles moved to the Sparco di Volpiano plant, where this special day came to a conclusion. To all those who couldn’t make it there: happy gallery!
