Not only for its immaculate historic heritage, perceived especially in coastal towns such as Cape Cod, Providence and Bridgefort.  Not only because Boston is Boston. And last but not least, not only because people in Connecticut have the highest income in the whole United States.

New England is all this, but it’s also a scarcely explored frontier, in particular on the food front, where the beauty of local ingredients, dishes, and recipes has yet to be fully discovered.
