Jil Sander’s eclectic and playful Navy
For the Fall/Winter 2015-2016, Jil Sander NAVY collection interprets women’s wardrobe with an eclectic and playful perspective. Modern femininity with timeless sport aptitude contaminations. Student style influenced by androgynous trends. Silhouettes and fabrics have the typical 60s features. Weaves and jacquard give a delicate tactile sensation; ecologic fur, nylon and neoprene are mixed together, creating an eclectic and delicate game. Geometric and floral prints are lavished and combined with straight and clean cut dresses, coats and jackets. Small jackets, two buttons blazers, flared skirts and checkered and twilled jacquard printed pants recall a retro style. The long “boyfriend” shirts are protagonist and Bermuda shorts are voluminous and long. Flared silhouettes overlook the collection, and once again the different lengths give a multi-layer, elegant and natural structure. Accessories appear and complete each look; detachable hoods and patent leather boots add a firm touch to the collection.
