Veuve Clicquot Rich premiere at Santa

Santa toasts to Expo with Veuve Clicquot. Champagne is protagonist at the Milanese modern bistro located right under Palazzo Lombardia – the highest skyscraper of Italy. The Santa has been chosen as one of the selected locations in Milan to present the new Veuve Clicquot Rich, the most versatile champagne of the world dedicated to mixology. Veuve Clicquot Rich has an higher dose rate and a specific grapes combination, it is an invitation to experiment according to your own tastes and customize your champagne experience. The signature notes of the wine are magnified by the presence of selected ingredients: pineapple, grapefruit zest, cucumber, celery, peppers or tea, all on the rocks. The undecided drinkers can be guided by an expert barman to discover the closest version to their taste.

The ideal moment to savor the Veuve Clicquot Rich is the aperitif. Be tempted by the food tasting created by chef Stefano Grandi. To celebrate the new Cuvée, the chef has included in the dinner menu ad hoc recipes as accompaniment: fried courgette flowers filled with milk and yogurt creamy codfish and chopped raw tomatoes, white marinated anchovies with fresh cheese and garden cicorino salad, veil sashimi in hot sauce, spaghtt’oro of verrigni family with fresh tomatoes and basil. Impossible not to find something you like.

The large windows of Santa show taste in all its forms: in cuisine, design and the pleasure of being together every moment of the day. An “all day dining” place, where the kitchen never close. From breakfast to dinner, every moment is the right moment to indulge in the restaurant’s flavors. All dishes are made with healthy genuine ingredients, and Zero-km products from Lombardy territory.
