Grand Hotel Tremezzo, 100 years of charme on Lake Como
With over 100 years of history, Grand Hotel Tremezzo re-opened in March showing a completely new and fresh look. Dating back to 1910, Grand Hotel Tremezzo is one of the most ancient on Lake Como. In 2010, it celebrated its 100th anniversary, keeping all its historic charme together with all kind of modern comforts. The Hotel features 90 rooms: 8 suites located in the Rooftop Floor, with private terrace and panoramic Jacuzzi; 4 luxury historic suites, located in the heart of the Palace, and 8 Deluxe rooms with a breathtaking lake view, complete the offer.
The Grand Hotel Tremezzo carries on its tradition in true gourmet style, by collaborating with the biggest name in modern Italian cuisine: Gualtiero Marchesi, who, together with chef Osvaldo Presazzi, creates virtuoso menus in one of the five Hotel’s restaurants. You can choose a romantic panoramic dinner at La Terrazza restaurant, or an informal meal at L’Escale Fondue & Wine Bar, with a menu based on meat and fish fondues and grills, accompanied by the best Italian regional wines.
