The Jupiter Island Oceanfront comprises of a 10,000-square-foot main residence, five separate pavilions for guests, a beach house, a pool house, a tennis center, three swimming pools, an outdoor grill and kitchen, massage room and a massive water park for kids.

Sotheby’s is selling the property – which can also be purchased online – at the reduced price of $62.5m, ten millions cheaper than the previous asking price.
