Atmospheric. The new Marni Fall/Winter 2015-16 collection is for proud, determined traveler women, constantly on the move but always keeping an elegant d’antan allure. No presence of decorative patterns: it is all about texture and innovation connected to functionality. Rough surfaces, vivid rims, contrasting layers create an individual set.
The collection features a wide range of pieces in different textures and materials with tactile and chromatic modulations: coats like dresses, dresses like coats without sleeves and elegant high-waist pants. The silhouette is long and solemn, with large leather bands marking the waist. Skirts and pants widen towards the edge giving a sense of dynamism. Diagonal cuts and asymmetrical overlapping create movement.
