Contemporary Cement Tiles collection by Bisazza
Bisazza presents the Contemporary Cement Tiles, a new line featuring a contemporary interpretation of traditional cement tiles, typically used in the palaces and mansions of nobility and the privileged classes during the second half of the 1800s and early 1900s.The vast collection pays tribute to the decorative style of the past adding a contemporary flavor expressed via an original language revealing the creative genius of each of the project designers: Paola Navone, Jaime Hayon, Carlo Dal Bianco and Bisazza Design Studio.Paola Navone’s collection imbues each and every tile with her bold personality, thanks to the unique pairing of geometric shapes and her beautifully “imperfect” and stylized results. The Spanish designer, Jaime Hayon, has created extremely striking graphic designs, with countless possible combinations, icons of the modern and slightly “pop” style. The creations of Carlo Dal Bianco are defined by a more classic inspiration, with a dash of the contemporary. Last but not least, Bisazza Design Studio’s unique friezes and edgings complete this mosaic artwork. Each element of the Contemporary Cement Tiles collection is made entirely by hand and available in two formats, square or hexagonal. The attentive craftsmanship adds allure and personality to the collection, which features a rich palette of colors. The sumptuous wealth of contemporary and classic graphic motifs lends a bold, modern expressive identity to the products. Each and every tile of the collectionis unique, and is ideal for creating beautiful mosaics for luxurious private interiors and prestigious public spaces.
