On Tuesday 16 June, the spotlight is finally on <\/span><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; background: white; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;\" lang=\"EN-US\">the famous trade event showcasing Spring\/Summer 2016 men\u2019s fashions (and more), with colors as protagonists, since <\/span><strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: EN-US;\" lang=\"EN-US\">That&#8217;s PittiColor <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; background: white; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;\" lang=\"EN-US\">is the main theme of the June fairs. With a set designed by Oliviero Baldini,<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span>the Fortezza da Basso will be transformed into a kaleidoscopic experience of installations, light plays and surprising forays into the world of color. But let us proceed with order.&nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">An extraordinary presentation of the<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Cambria; border: 1pt none windowtext; padding: 0cm; font-weight: normal;\">Calcio Storico Fiorentino<\/span><\/strong> welcomed the operators attending<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Cambria; border: 1pt none windowtext; padding: 0cm; font-weight: normal;\">Pitti Immagine Uomo 88<\/span><\/strong>, on<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Cambria; border: 1pt none windowtext; padding: 0cm; font-weight: normal;\">Monday evening, 15 June, in Piazza Santa Croce<\/span><\/strong>, the heart of Florence.<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span>The event, sponsored by the<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"MsoHyperlink\"><span style=\"color: windowtext; border: 1pt none windowtext; padding: 0cm;\" lang=\"EN-US\">Centro di Firenze per la Moda Italiana<\/span><\/span><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><strong><span lang=\"EN-US\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/strong><\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">and<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Cambria; border: 1pt none windowtext; padding: 0cm; font-weight: normal;\">Pitti Immagine<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span>has been produced with the special grant from<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Cambria; border: 1pt none windowtext; padding: 0cm; font-weight: normal;\">Ministry for Economic Development and Italian Trade Agency<span style=\"background: #F8F8F8;\">.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">From 16 June to 3 July, it is staged a storytelling curated by <strong>Nino Cerruti <\/strong>together with<strong> Angelo Flaccavento<\/strong>.&nbsp;The 17<sup>th<\/sup>, instead, <strong>Emilio Pucci <\/strong>presents \u201cThe Pilot Episode\u201d, <span style=\"background-position: initial initial; background-repeat: initial initial;\">the new creative director Massimo Giorgetti will start from a white paper to tell the story of the brand\u2019s origins. The show will start from the \u201cPilot Episode\u201d in Florence which, like in a TV series, will be a preview of the following episodes. This first collection represents a new vision that will be fully realized in the Spring\/Summer 2016 fashion show scheduled for September, in Milan. Always June 17, but in the morning, <\/span>Arthur Arbesser womenswear is protagonist of an event-fashion show.&nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">The 18<sup>th<\/sup> is the day dedicated to Moschino, Menswear Guest Designer of Pitti Immagine Uomo 88: <span style=\"background-position: initial initial; background-repeat: initial initial;\">the brand&#8217;s first men&#8217;s runway show since Jeremy Scott took over as creative director.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: EN-US;\" lang=\"EN-US\">Pitti Immagine Uomo 88 <\/span><\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><span style=\"background: white; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;\" lang=\"EN-US\">is <\/span><\/span><span style=\"background: white; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;\" lang=\"EN-US\">the key international trade event showcasing men\u2019s fashions and contemporary lifestyle trends, here is a brief summary of the collections present in the pavilions: <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: EN-US;\" lang=\"EN-US\">Pringle of Scotland <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: EN-US;\" lang=\"EN-US\">celebrates its 20th anniversary with the Deconstructured project, the first experience of premium range knitwear. French brand <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">American Vintage<\/strong>, celebrates 10 years with a surprise to be discovered in loco, for visitors. Lastly, C.P. COMPANY chose Pitti Uomo 88 as International stage to celebrate its first 40<sup>th<\/sup> anniversary and present a limited-edition of the Goggle Jacket, designed by creative director Enzo Fusco.&nbsp;<\/span><strong><span lang=\"EN-US\">Husky <\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"EN-US\">presents the timeless nylon jacket, its iconic piece par excellence, in the new quilted bomber version. <strong>Eduardo Wongvalle<\/strong>, tireless traveler and creative, was inspired by his personal way of travelling from continents to continents to create his new Messenger bag. Light, versatile and exclusive, the new <strong>L.B.M.1911 <\/strong>Spring\/Summer 2016 collection is a perfect combination of tailoring and innovation, this time enriched with outwear and not-to-be-missed accessories, for a more and more total look, while <strong>Calcaterra <\/strong>presents a collection characterized by raw-cut jackets with tailored top-stitching, underground volumes and 80s style. &nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">The famous hats brand <strong>Panizza<\/strong>, chose a capsule collection in collaboration with <strong>You Khanga <\/strong>brand: a classic panama, a pan shaped hat and visor decorated with Made in Kenya fabrics patterns. <strong>Alto Milano, <\/strong>brand of socks, continues along its path where color is undisputed protagonist of its collection. &nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">The historic Turin shoes brand <strong>Centro Ricerca e Sviluppo Superga<\/strong>, famous for the model 2750, first canvas sneaker with vulcanized rubber soles \u2013 born in 1925 \u2013 has created a new model in 4 variants of color. <strong>Colombo Via della Spiga <\/strong>presents an ultra luxury version of the backpack: entirely made in crocodile with patchwork effects. While <strong>Fedon <\/strong>presents the&nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">Archimede Collection, a line of backpacks with an essential design and an exclusive leather texture combined with a solid cotton fabric.&nbsp;<\/span><strong><span lang=\"EN-US\">Aldo Bru\u00e9 <\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"EN-US\">chosestripes, a cult of this season, as theme of his collection, declined in black and white and infinitely multiplied, on its Venetian moccasins. A post-apocalyptic scenery, endless sand moors and a contemporary soldier are part of the setting of <strong>Bruno Bordese <\/strong>military &amp; rock collection, inspired by Mad Max, one of most expected movie of the year.&nbsp;<\/span><strong><span lang=\"EN-US\">Gabs <\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"EN-US\">presents the briefcase-bag in pvc with original digital prints made with the use of different nibs. The nib gives handwriting a personal unique character, unique like Gabs Blu bags. <strong>Brooksfield <\/strong>brand chose instead <em>Jack Savoretti<\/em>, singer of Genoese origin, as testimonial of its new <strong>Seventy <\/strong>man collection.&nbsp;<\/span><strong>Gherardini<\/strong> chose Pitti Immagine Uomo for the official debut of <span lang=\"EN-US\">Mr. Gherardini, the first collection of man accessories born from an idea of<strong> Riccardo Braccialini<\/strong>, Group\u2019s AD, and the <strong>Invicta <\/strong>brand, produced and distributed by FACIB SpA of Cortesi &amp; C., presented at the Fair a collection of down jackets.&nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">Pitti dedicated also a big section to eyewear, with a stand dedicated to <strong>Saturnino Eyewear<\/strong>, a reality that has rapidly developed with already more than 100 sales points in Italy: entirely Made in Italy glasses, characterized by a refined style and design, and made with high quality materials. While <strong>Dita <\/strong>brand presents the future of its man sunglasses.&nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">A week full of inaugurations, exhibitions and openings\u2026. <strong>Longchamp,<\/strong> the renowned French maison of fashion and leather accessories, has opened a new boutique in via Roma, the famous street connecting Piazza del Duomo to the romantic Ponte Vecchio house of luxury Florentine and international brands. <strong>Momon\u00ec <\/strong>hasalso opened the first boutique in Florence at 2 via degli Agli. And <strong>Gucci <\/strong>sponsored&#8221;The Language of Flowers&#8221;, seventh exhibition of the Pinault Collection at Gucci&nbsp;Museo, an allusion to one of Gucci\u2019s most iconic motifs: Flora. Curated&nbsp; by<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><strong>Martin Bethenod<\/strong>, director of Palazzo Grassi in Punta della Dogana,&nbsp; this exhibition brings together the works
