Two spaces, one dedicated to the bar and the main room for the restaurant. <\/span><em style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal;\">Carlo e Camilla in Segheria<\/em>, the second and latest <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">Carlo Cracco\u2019s<\/strong> restaurant in Meda street, 24 Milan, <span style=\"background: white;\">is a timeless place. Housed in an old <\/span>sawmill<span style=\"background: white;\">, the space has preserved all its industrial character, the name \u201cCarlo\u201d is referred to chef <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">Cracco<\/strong> but juxtaposed&nbsp;to the name \u201cCamilla\u201d it playfully alludes to British royal couple. &nbsp;<span style=\"line-height: 1.538em;\" lang=\"EN-US\">The decor and stylish design has been&nbsp;treated by Tanja Solci<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">, art director, curator of exhibitions and designer of installations, <\/span>who has restored the old sawmill acquired by Solci&#8217;s grandparents in the 1929. Today there are big&nbsp;beautiful crystal<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span>chandeliers, <em>Cappellini chairs, including Jasper Morrison&#8217;s and AG Fronzoni&#8217;s<\/em>. Kitchen and design, is definitely a winning couple.<\/span><span class=\"apple-converted-space\" style=\"line-height: 1.538em;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; color: #404040; background-position: initial initial; background-repeat: initial initial;\" lang=\"EN-US\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.538em;\" lang=\"EN-US\">The tables are set with exquisite out-of-production Richard Ginori white chinaware, 100 pieces all different from each other.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"border: 1pt none windowtext; padding: 0cm; background-position: initial initial; background-repeat: initial initial;\" lang=\"EN-US\">The kitchen is entrusted to&nbsp;<em>Emanuele Pollini<\/em>, <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">under the direction of Chef <strong>Carlo Cracco<\/strong>. The culinary offer is innovative and traditional at the same time. The concept core is simplicity, reinterpreting the traditional dishes in a contemporary key.
