The car\u2019s price was listed at $750k but it rocketed at an auction where it was being sold. An anonymous British oil-magnate beat all selling records in order to obtain the vehicle once owned by Michael Andretti, the son of iconic driver Mario Andretti.<\/p>\n

For an eye-watering $10m, the buyer joined the exclusive club of McLaren F1 owners, which already includes Jay Leno, Ralph Lauren and Rowan Atkinson.<\/p>\n
