Taste Of Milano has reached its fifth edition: a celebration of high cuisine, the world-renowned event promoted byElectrolux will take place this weekend, May 8-11 2014, at the SuperstudioPiù in Via Tortona, Milan.

A rich calendar of star chefs will introduce refined, modern recipes that for the first time ever will pay special attention to sustainability and environmental impact, as to confirm a remarkable change of trend within the culinary sector. With a view to getting ready for the 2015 Expo, sustainability will be Taste 2014‘s key-theme, an in-depth analysis of the industry from a green point of view that will be put into effect in the form of activities and workshops.

Daniel Canzian (Daniel), Andrea Provenzani (Il Liberty) and Andrea Aprea(Park Hyatt) are some of the big names that will take part to the event. Mostly from Milan, the top chefs will present a star-worthy menu featuring their most refined creations that will include a special sustainable dish.

Wine Caveau will be this 2014 edition’s new feature, a space dedicated to the celebration of outstanding wines where to taste fine bottles in the company of friends, family and new acquaintances alike.
