We are talking of course aboutSublimotion, Paco Roncero’s new venture. The innovative Michelin-starred Spanish chef has developed a peculiar mix of molecolar cuisine and Spanish gastronomic tradition, all within an interactive, futuristic context in true Blade Runner style, where a team of experts will enhance the dinner experience by turning it into a one-of-a-kind multi-sensorial journey.
