PLURALE, THE BEER OF BIG EVENTS

In the growing economy of Italian real ale beers, a new brand has begun to emerge. We are talking about Birra Plurale, a captivating brew-firm with old-fashioned American undertones created by Genoa-born Federico Giuffra, who after gaining an extensive knowledge of the industry while working for Heineken, has then decided to launch his very own product.

The objective is to steer away from the usual lagers and to instead introduce a range of ales with a more defined personality. To achieve this, Giuffra partnered up with master brewer Stefano Simoncelli, who helped him produce the brand’s first three labels – Golden AleIndia Pale Ale and White Ale – at his brewery in Delebio, Valtellina. These excellent craft brews are dominated by an elegant hop aroma balanced by a palatable freshness, pleasuring both nose and mouth. In this regard, the White Ale label with its bursting flavour in particular comes across as remarkably and pleasantly overwhelming thanks to an infusion process involving lemon and bergamot peel.

An idea and a product range that have already conquered the most demanding ale connoisseurs, as confirmed by the fact that Birra Plurale already features on the menus of the coolest hotspots in Milan, such as Erba BruscaAl Fresco andSanteria. All we need to do now is to wait for the next big thing, the Summer Alelabel, which is currently under production and will be available for purchase from May 2014 onwards, right on time to celebrate the holiday season!
