Vionnet and the new concession to Excelsior
Vionnet announces the opening of a new concession to Antonia, on the third floor of the Milanese concept store Excelsior. The corner will showcase Vionnet collections and accessories. The space has been inaugurated during the Milan Design Week with a performance/installation by the artist Maurizio Galimberti, famous for his abstract mosaic portraits with Polaroid film. The Mosaic Bag is the star of the event, with its modular style it perfectly matches the serial geometry of Galimberti composition/decomposition. Mosaic is a bag with a playful and stringent design, a unique functional object that finds its ideal context in the Milan Design Week. Harmonic and precise, Mosaic is a timeless piece, based on the design principles of evolution and individualization. It expresses an idea of personal luxury result of a dynamic combination of form, function and invention.
