Inspired by the iconic timeless style of Brooke Shields, the Fall/Winter 2015-16 debut collection of Lorenzo Serafini for Philosophy , is inspired by the glamorous innocence of a woman not aware to be sensual and seductive, like Brooke Shields.
Philosophy develops its aesthetic concept around the idea of glamorous innocence, where sensuality is the new frontier of innocence. Crepe de chine or georgette dresses are short or mid-calf length, embellished with plissé and lace cuts. Printed cotton high-waisted slim pants combined with blouses and small sweaters to elongate even more silhouettes. Soft shapes of romantic blouses in Venetian lace, with pearl buttons closure.
