Domori, the essence of chocolate at Expo 2015

Domori and Eurochocolate together at Expo 2015. The Illy Group’s fine chocolate brand, Official Event Sponsor of Cluster Cacao, and Eurochocolate,  in charge of the commercial managing, started a partnership of excellence. Domori is the first company with a plantation of the fine Criollo cacao (Hacienda San Josè, in Venezuela), and now it is promoting a series of several activities related to “The Food of Gods” for Expo 2015. It is an occasion – for the entire duration of Expo 2015 – to share the company’s knowhow with the visitors of Cluster, a cultural event that, from the 1st of May to 31st October, will offer a series of exhibitions in an open-air theater.

Every Friday from 5 to 6 pm, Gianluca Franzoni, Domori CEO, will meet artists, writers and musicians to explore the relationship between art, literature and music and chocolate. Among the special guests, famous chefs will share a platform together with professors, to create a fil rouge between cuisine and university. Expo becomes the occasion to find out more about Domori and its renowned varieties of chocolate , available for purchase at one of the 12 street stands present at Cluster.

Founded in 1997, Domori was born out of the creative mind and the passion for gastronomy and cocoa of Gianluca Franzoni, who, since he landed in Venezuela in 1993, decided to build a model for the repositioning of fine cocoa. The brand is a real flagship of Italian excellence and is part of Illy Group since 2006.
