Trussardi relaunches Trussardi Jeans brand with a runaway show and party in the remodeled spaces of the former Ansaldo factory, where ballerinas from La Scala now train.
The Trussardi Jeans line revival is part of the strategic repositioning of the different lines of the Milanese brand that has been going on for several seasons since the appointment of Gaia Trussardi as creative director, who has brought on the catwalk a casual and cool, trendy and elegant fashion in line with the legacy of the brand.
The line revival will also rely on an internationally-oriented distribution. Trussardi Jeans will be in selected multi-brand stores, leading department stores like Galeries Lafayette, El Corte inglés, Gruppo Coin, La Rinascente, Harrod’s, Selfridges… and it is not enough. Thanks to a partnerships with local distributors on the reference markets in the East and Russia, the opening of 25 points of sale is expected by 2017.
These new distribution is in line with the fresh and contemporary spirit of the collection, already visible in the Trussardi Jeans stores in Milan and Verona. Within two years, Trussardi Jeans will also reach the United States through collaborations with major department stores and the opening of flagship stores in New York and Los Angeles.
Even if Denim is the absolute protagonist of the collection, Trussardi Jeans is presenting a complete and versatile wardrobe, including outwear, dresses, knitwear and small leather items. Starting from Spring/Summer 2016, the collections will also include shoes and bags.
